WICKED WISDOM's JADA PINKETT SMITH Says Band Is Not A Gimmick

September 21, 2006

Taking a break from her acting career, Jada Pinkett Smith (wife of Will Smith) heads up nu-metal rock band WICKED WISDOM. She spoke with TheShowBuzz.com about heading in that musical direction instead of being another Jennifer Lopez or Beyonce, and assuring fans the band is genuine and not a gimmick. Watch the segment here.

WICKED WISDOM's previously announced European tour as the support act for PAPA ROACH has been cancelled. No further details are available at this time. The group is currently on the road in the U.S. as the opening band for SOULFLY.

WICKED WISDOM's self-titled debut album was released in February via 100% Womon/Suburban Noize Records.
